We kindly ask you to take the survey to help us constantly improve on our services. For this purpose, we will need to collect certain information and personal data.

The data you provide to DEMA SOLUTIONS SRL (Data Controller, with registered office in Via Antonio Gramsci 10/12, 20900 – Monza Brianza (MB), privacy@dema-solutions.com) will be processed in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016.

We will process your qualified data as “personal data” pursuant to Art. 4 (1) (i.e.: first name, surname and e-mail address) solely for the purpose of analysing the level of satisfaction with the services provided, as better specified above.

Your data may be communicated to the personnel of DEMA SOLUTIONS SRL directly authorised by the Data Controller solely for the purposes stated above. We will not ‘disseminate’ your details, by which we mean that your details will be not be disclosed in any way to unknown parties and will not be made available for them to consult. However, your details may be communicated to specialised partners to fulfil the purposes described above, in and outside the European Union, when necessary and always in full compliance with the Data Protection requirements in force or pursuant to Art. 45 of EU Regulation 679/2016.

The processing of data may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means and will involve all the operations provided for by Art. 4 (2) of the aforementioned EU Regulation 679/2016 and required for the processing in question. Processing will be carried out by qualified personnel specifically authorised by the Data Controller according to principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of confidentiality and rights, or by applying appropriate security measures provided for by current legislation and identified by the Data Controller in compliance with the real internal operational needs.

The data acquired will be kept for a period of time of no more than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed, on the basis of the rules which are currently applicable to the processing and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 5 years from the date of termination of the contractual relationship.

We remind you that the provision of your data for participation in the survey is optional.

You have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of data, ask for content and origin, verify accuracy or request integration or update, or correction, cancellation or restriction, or to oppose processing or to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016. Furthermore, pursuant to Articles 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the same EU Regulation 679/2016, you also have the right to request correction, cancellation (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, notification of correction or erasure of data or restriction of processing, the portability of data, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, and to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.
