ISO 17100 is the international standard for translation services. It sets requirements for translator and reviser qualifications, project management, revision and the use of technology. Our certification is audited and renewed every year.

Linguist assignment
We assign native-speaker translators and revisers with experience in your subject.

Translation
The translator works in a CAT tool with your translation memory and glossary, using AI-managed machine translation only where the content suits it.

Automated QA and revision
Automated checks run first, then a second linguist revises the translation against the source.

Layout and final check
For formatted documents, our DTP team adapts the layout and checks the final file as a document, not only as text.

Delivery and TM update
We deliver on time and update your translation memory, so the next project starts from everything approved in this one.
Where we check twice
Exact matches are not checked blindly.
Reused segments from your translation memory are usually trusted. In higher-risk situations, our project managers have them checked again:
Memories built from alignment that no translator has reviewed
Medical and other highly sensitive projects
Software strings, where context and punctuation are often missing
Any segment a linguist flags as questionable
Clients whose content calls for it, assessed case by case

If you are not satisfied with a delivery, we follow a formal claims procedure: we log the issue, analyse its cause with the linguists involved, correct the translation and update the translation memory and glossary, so the same problem does not come back.

Questions about our quality.
What is ISO 17100?
ISO 17100 is the international standard for translation services. It defines the qualifications of translators, revisers and project managers, and requires every translation to be revised by a second qualified linguist. Our certification is audited and renewed every year.
Is every translation revised?
Yes. Under our ISO 17100 process, a second linguist revises every translation against the source text before delivery, after automated QA checks have run.
Do you use machine translation?
Only where the content and its risk profile make it the right choice. Our linguists configure and validate machine translation, post-edit the output and a reviser signs off every delivery. AI speeds up the work; it never replaces our judgement.
Who owns the translation memory?
You do. Your translation memories, glossaries and termbases are your assets, and we export them in portable formats at no cost whenever you ask.
What happens if I am not satisfied with a translation?
We follow a documented claims procedure: we analyse the cause with the linguists involved, correct the translation and update your translation memory and glossary so the issue does not repeat.
