Questions about accessibility services.
Which accessibility services do you offer?
We offer PDF remediation, Easy-to-Read, plain language, inclusive language, SDH subtitles and subtitling. Tell us the languages you need and we will confirm what we can cover for your project.
What is the difference between plain language and Easy-to-Read?
Plain language makes content clear for the general public, while Easy-to-Read is a stronger adaptation for people with cognitive or learning disabilities, with simple sentences and a supporting layout.
Does the European Accessibility Act apply to my organisation?
It depends on the products and services you offer and the markets you serve. We can remediate and test documents against the agreed technical requirements, but this information is not legal advice.
Can you make translated content accessible too?
In many cases, yes. Tell us which languages you need and we will confirm which accessibility services we can provide for each of them.
