What should we send to get an accurate quote?
Send the files themselves, or a representative sample, together with the target languages, your deadline and any glossary or translation memory you already have. The more we know about your content, the more accurate and useful the quote will be.
Which file formats can you work with?
We work with most formats directly, including Office documents, InDesign files, XML and other structured content, PDFs and website or software strings, so you do not need to convert anything first. If your format is unusual, send us a sample and we will check it.
Is our content kept confidential?
Yes. Your files are handled only by the people working on your project, and we can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything.
What happens during the call?
We ask about your content, languages, volumes and current workflow, answer your questions and suggest the set-up that fits, whether that is project-based translation or TUBE. There is no obligation.
